Julio Perez

My name is Julio Perez with Assurance Property Inspections in Fontana, California. I have been performing inspections for 10 years in which time I have completed over 7,000 inspections in the counties of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles. I pride myself in doing very thorough inspections and conducting myself and my business in a very professional manner. Prior to starting my home inspection business I worked in construction for 17 years, moving through every phase of the construction process. As superintendent I supervised the construction of many multi-family sites in Nevada, Arizona and California, including Verano Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga a 414 unit complex that also includes commercial units.
